yikes! it’s been a year (almost)!

so much for new year’s resolutions and good intentions…

and it has been a very good year

• the grandboy has “graduated”. he’s in day school now and i am now just “nama” – no longer the babysitter (except for emergencies)
• i’ve not heard from one client for over a year, now. her website hasn’t been updated at all in all that time. sigh…
• but i’ve picked up a new client on a “finder’s fee sort of arrangement. two sites for him, and we’re pretty happy with the arrangement.
• i’ve started attending the O*W*C chats on the web. i didn’t realize how much i had missed them. such a really nice community.
• as a result, i finally attended my first “con”. LAConIV (WorldCON) in anaheim, CA. i enjoyed it so much, i also attended LOSCon 33. i intend to go to Condor XIV. that’s about as far away as i intend to travel for these events; i’m still a bit timid about going on my own.

well, at least i’ve got this working again. it’s been posted to it’s new home. i’ve even added an entry. more later…
